2017 was such an awesome year, and I was lucky enough to be chosen by some amazing couples to capture their wedding day. Enjoy some of my favorites from their day!!!!
Cait & Thomas started out my year at the gorgeous Goodstone Inn with their intimate elopement.
Lindsay & Paul eloped down in Old Town Alexandria on a gorgeously chilly day…I love these two!!!
Anna & Kevin - oh my gosh I can’t even talk about how much I love these two!!! Don’t worry Kevin - I’m still working on the dino picture
Kelly & Rabon’s wedding day was so creatively gorgeous at 48 Fields
Beth & Phil had a beautiful wedding where they blended traditions of the North & the South at Presqu’Isle
Jordan & Stephen - there are not enough words - the reception of their wedding day took place in Jordan’s parents front yard & it was so. much. fun!
Alex & Kenny are literally models who’s entire wedding day was modern and minimalistic at 48 Fields
Chris & Emmy had such an intimate and special wedding day - they celebrated on Father’s Day to memorialize their father’s. It was so beautiful, and was featured in Washingtonian Bride & Groom - which is still so awesome!
We planned a second day where we met at sunrise to do some bridal portraits in the city that they fell in love in…
Rebecca & Joe got married in Texas and it was such a fun day!!! Fun fact - I’ve known Rebecca since I was 5 years old!!! She lived up the street from me, and her sister babysat me (and also became an adoptive older sister to me - freaking love Catherine!)
Sarah & Daniel’s wedding was such a pretty summer day…I loved all the pops of pink in their day, including Dan’s tie!!!
Ashley & Eric had such a fun filled, rainy wedding day!!! We were so happy when the rain stopped long enough for bridal portraits
Tabitha & Will chose to say their vows privately in the woods in Maryland before they shipped off to Will’s duty station in Japan…I love all of the details that Tabitha thought of - and that she used the gorgeous Torn & Tied’s ribbons
Oh my goodness - Liz & Michael’s intimate ceremony L’Auberge Provencale was so beautiful…Liz was STUNNING!!!
Liz & Andrew were married in a tropical location that will not be named (not because I’m bitter or anything that they didn’t bring me with them) - but I luck enough to take bridal portraits of them in Georgetown before they celebrated with family and friends
Alex & Mike had such a fun wedding day in Maryland!!! I was obsessed with Alex’s gorgeous gown!!
Maria & Jeremy got ready and said I do at the most beautiful house I have ever been in. Seriously if you haven’t heard of The Retreat at Cool Springs you have got to look into it. It is one of the most beautifully decorated and designed house with a gorgeous view. Then they celebrated at Bluemont Vineyards…with the fog the place looked even more heavenly than normal!
My last wedding of 2017 was one I will never forget. Lindsay & Jullian had an intimate ceremony at the Goodstone Inn. Lindsay insisted that Lauren & I stayed after their wedding and had brunch with them. It was so insanely sweet.
2017 was such an amazing year for Luck & Love Photography and I cannot wait to see what 2018 has in store for. I also cannot wait to see more of these gorgeous couples!!!!
